TABLES OF CONTENTS FOR CURRENT AND PREVIOUS ISSUES

Each issue of MultiCultural Review contains 5 or 6 feature articles, as well as regular columns and departments. Below is a description of these columns and departments. Next, you'll find a listing, by issue, of the feature articles we've published going back to our first issue in January 1992. The regular columns and departments are as follows:

IN EVERY ISSUE
  • From the Editor News Notes (announcements, upcoming events, awards, workshops, new catalogs and materials available)
  • Editor's Shelf (an annotated listing of new editions of important previously published works; reissues of significant out-of-print works; additional volumes in a publisher's series; translations; previously published works that have been reissued in a new form; and online reference sources)
  • Chalkboard (reviews of textbooks, resource guides, and curriculum materials of interest to educators at the elementary and secondary levels)
  • Advertiser Index
COLUMNS
  • Continuing Diversity: A Column of Periodical Reviews (reviews print and on-line journals in the field of cultural diversity)
  • The Universal Classroom (discusses key books being published in the field, and perspectives on controversial issues such as affirmative action and school reform)
  • Bridges on the I-Way: Multicultural Resources Online (explores the wide variety of resources available on the Internet)
REVIEWS

(75-100 reviews per issue of new books, audio, video, software. Includes a directory of all publishers whose materials are reviewed in the issue; and indexes by author, title, and subject)
